I left Lake Tahoe and headed southwest across the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. The road just kept going up all day until I found myself in a valley. The valley's were 7 to 8 thousand feet high. I rode the valley's for hours until I came upon Carson Valley. It was a tremendous beautiful valley with a very busy good size town in the middle of it. This was Carson City Nevada. Without realizing it I had left CA and was now in Nevada.
Weird rock.
Colorful rocks.
Trees growing out of rocks.
Carson Valley.
Carson Valley.
