SHARING IS CARING

Views from the road.

I know I sound like a kid at Christmas but I love doing this. Views from the road are scenes that I find unusual or humorous  in some way. It's how I see the the world and in this case it's how I see Roadside America. My comments are thoughts that are going through my mind at the time. You may not find it interesting or humorous or you may. It doesn't matter, I'm just thinking out loud.

Rustic Motel.....more like disaster motel. They were open for business.
A Texas radio station was playing music outside along with the pickled beets.
I like adventure but I don't think so.
I love JUNQUE. I stopped.

I am now on the road between the High Sierra's on one side and the desert on the other. It was a long stretch of road with few options as you will see. The following pictures are the culmination of 6 hours of driving.

That was the busy side of town now comes LONELYVlLLE.

WHY !
Really, Is this Rio Rancho ?
Even the foliage !
The monotony is broken by the occasional bump in the road.
Magma, once.
What to do with those extra shoes.
Finally, the end of the line. No place to go but up.
